Ways to Balance Your Root Chakra

  1. Visualize The Color Red
  2. Dance
  3. Yoga Postures such as the tree pose
  4. Self Care

  6. Visualize the color red
  7. Gemstones/Crystals: Black Tourmaline, Garnet, Smoky Quartz, Amber, Hematite, Black Obsidian, Red Zincite, Red Jasper, Onyx, Ruby, Bloodstone, Smoky Quartz
  8. Essential Oils: Cedarwood, Frankincense, Ginger, Myrrh, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Angelica, Cypress
  9. Eat food that is red
  10. Listen to musical note “C”
  11. Listen to grounding music (thunder storm)
  12. Chant “LAM” to yourself
  13. Go for a walk in nature
  14. Practice mindfullness
  15. Take a soothing shower
  16. Explore your causes of fear
