Ways to Balance Solar Chakra

  2. Visualize the color yellow
  3. Gemstones/Crystals: Amber, Blue-green Fluorite, Citrine, Coral, Garnet, Jasper, Tiger Eye, Yellow Jasper
  4. Essential Oils: Frankincense, Geranium, Juniper, Grapefruit, Vetiver, Cinnamon, Ginger, Myrrh, Mandarian, Patchouli, Rose, Spearmint, Thyme, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood
  5. Eat anything yellow colored
  6. Listen to musical note “E”
  7. break out of your normal routine and take risks
  8. Cut ties with negative people
  9. Explore the biggest sources of resistance in your life
  10. Get more sun
  11. Release any anger stored inside you
  12. Step seeing yourself as the victim
  13. Meditation (especially with gemstones above)
  14. Let go of unhealthy attachments
  15. Engage your will power by setting goals
