  4. Gemstone/Crystals: Angelite, Amazonite, Aquamarine, Blue Calcite, Blue Lace Agate, Blue Turquoise, Blue Topaz, Blue Kyanite, Celestite, Chrysocolla, Lapis, Sodalite
  5. Essential Oils: Blue Chamomile, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Lavendar, Myrrh, Peppermint, Spearmint, Sandalwood, Tea Tree, Basil, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Jasmine, Rosemary, Ylang Ylang
  6. Listen to Musical Note “G”
  7. Eat anything blue colored
  8. Journal your thoughts
  9. Sing to yourself
